When the e-hentai image limit is reached, RipMe should error, so someone can easily redownload the album some other time, or reset the e-hentai limit to redownload the album.
When the image limit is reached, e-hentai redirects RipMe to a single. gif-image containing some text, as can be seen here: So, RipMe still recognizes this as a valid image, and downloads it. E-hentai will keep redirecting to this image, ripme not downloading gifs, so the image will be downloaded over and over, depending on whether the overwriting-option is on or off.
